I was patient throught the whole ordeal, I do have a confirmed shipping address the only thing I have thats undesirable is the e-check, which I use to pay hobbyist all the time with no problem. You ask me how do you know Im not scamming you about having the tank? first off, if I did I would NEVER BS a person, you get money, i get tank PROMPTLY, its a win-win situation, you can even check on my local site Manhattanreefers.com and look for the thread "bum seller on RC what to do?" Im very active and any guy would vouch on how honest I am.
Secondly, How can I know you ever sent the tank? Same sentiment here, you have no ship ID which is a common courtesy to give to track shipment, its not my fault. The money turned to cash on the 4th of Nov., you sent it almost 2 weeks later, after no response even though, you had visited the RC site during then.
Your offer came too little way too late, you can't hold me accountable for that, I need to setup my reactor before I leave for the holidays, I cant have my params drop and all my SPS die because you couldnt have shipped it when you promised. This is 100% totally unfair and not my fault. My paypal account has been in place for over 2 years and Ive bought many items from ebay and reefers, Ive never ever had a problem.
Im know your out your money, but whos fault really is it? Mine? for your iiresponsibility?

I have been in this hobby 30+ yrs and have never had a transaction go bad like this one has, I did offer to buy another from work and send it to you this time with delivery confirmation and you refused my offer, I was making no $ on this deal and now like you am out $, if anything I have learned from this transaction is #1 never ship anything again without delivery confirmation signature required and also to not accept unconfirmed paypal accounts or echecks through paypal as these paypal accounts have no authenticity as to the shipping address or account holder and paypal warns sellers about shipping to unconfirmed accounts, it took us a week to recieve payment and granted it was about 10 days before we shipped the tank, but it was shipped and again we offered to send another but you refused it! I don't know what else to say

I never thought a fellow hobbyist would pull this on another fish guy. This is just ridiculous.

you should have gotten it by now, and am willing to buy another from work, and send it out this time with delivery confirmation(my bad not sending it that way to begin with) The problem with that is though your wife filed a complaint with Paypal and you will be getting a refund in the next 24 to 48 hours and I will be out the tank I sent usps and the $ also, we have never had problems shipping usps before so never gave a thought to getting delivery confirmation. It is up to you now as what to do, just be sure the $30 tank is currently hydrotested as hydrotesting alone is costly, these tanks have to be tested every 5 yrs at a cost of about $60 a pop
