Can I put Saran Wrap on the curing LR??

Some pictures of the rock along with my free coral hitchhiker with minimal polyp extension, it didn't come out too well. I am going to need to learn how to use this camera. The colors of the coraline and the coral are not coming out in these images at all. Anyway, here it is.

Here is the coral (macro attempt) under the PC's.

And here is the same shot under the LED moonlights. You can't see the colors well but I took it so I will post it.

And FYI, again... I did not purchase this coral, nor did I know it was coming on the rock. I bought uncured LR aquacultured from Florida and this was what was on it. Along with 2 mantis shrimp that did not survive the ammonia spike. Why this coral even is showing any polyps, i don't know. It must be tough. Anyway, hope you enjoy.

lots of carbon, my turtle tank smelled and i put a carbon filter in it and it went away

I'm glad you didn't get the boot!:lol: Nice coral piece, looks like some type of favia. I'd still be going heavy on the water changes for a while. Good luck!
