Now that's a hardcore means to prevent redbugs, :D! :lol:

I exposed redbugs to air in my lab, they certainly didn't like it and jumped huge distances (relative to their size) to get back in the water. It creeped out all my co-workers! It looked like fleas jumping ship from the dog after a bath!

Thanks Solbby... your advice as always is greatly appreciated... and that little story about the red bugs freaked me out! So far, I have kept my corals exposed to air for less than 1 minute...snails are the only exception but that is out of my control.

Jim,

Remember that time you brought me the tort to trade for the danae and I left it out for 15 min while we continued talking, you started freakin out...lol. It really is the best way to acclimate. Im glad youve seen others do it as well, so you dont think im loco :icon16:
