Need Some assistance with LEDs

Hi,

I'm a new commer to MR, and would like to set up a led set up. what is the rule with LED Wattage and coverage in a reef tank? Is it the more Watt (i.e 4.8watt bulbs) is better for a reef tank than a 3.8 watt blub?

use cree xre4 or 5 the 5's are brighter than 4's I would go with 1/3 white and 2/3 royal blue if you like blueish looking light like a 14-20k bulb gives .If you like 10k-14k look go with 1/2 white 1/2 royal blue
