Does anyone know how I can view and control remotely outside of my home network? I have port forwarding enabled and can't seem to get it to work. Everything works like a charm when I am on my own wireless network.

In your router you must make sure that the port forwarding corresponds with the Ip that was assinged to your apex. You need to go to the Apex and see what Ip was assinged to it by going to Configuration then net setup. Where it says aquacontroller ip adress, you will need to remember that address or write it down. Now go to your Router's page and then the port range forwarding page. In application you can write apex or whatever you like. Use 80 on both start and end, the protocol should be TCP and then fill in the apex's ip and check enable and then save at bottom. You might need to come back here and change that 80 if it doesn't work.

Now go to Whatismyip. This will give you, your Ip address. You will then need to type in the Ip address in your browser. Followed by : and the port number you have open for example http://74.22.69.110:80 . 80 being the port number you assinged open for your apex. If it works you should then be prompted for the Name and password, the defaults are admin and password is 1234

If this does not work check your firewall settings on your router, if you never changed them, then they should be good. The other thing you can do is change your port number to the recommended port that neptune suggest, in their manual in case 80 is blocked. Some isp's block port 80.
