It's a Pacific Coast CL-280. Small chiller, just 1/10 hp.
I bought it off a guy on RC and it does not work in terms of bringing down the temperature.
I spoke to Pacific Coast and described that the fan comes on, you can hear the compressor coil kick in. They asked me if cool or warm air was blowing out the back and when I told them that it was cool, they said it might need a recharge.

It's under a year old but they won't do any warranty work on it because I have no receipt for purchase.

I figured that I try to go the route of repair.

You shouldn't need a recharge on a year old chiller unless it was realy overworked.

Can you give me a call at my shop maybee we could figure something out.

Recharging chiller

Hi,

Does anyone know where I can get a chiller unit recharged?

It is a:
Via Aqua PolarBear CC-25

It has worked perfectly for 3 years, and now it just doesn't cool the water anymore. Water hit 90F and have lost some fish :(

Any suggestions would be helpful. Thanks!
