i think its trying to grow on something. Its trying to find a rock or something close by so it can touch and grow...

Mine right now are spreading like crazy- I really wish my zoos would spread like that! Strange that the other 'weed' coral I have in my tank (GSP) is barely spreading at all...strange how one thing will do really well in a tank and another will barely get by

Maybe put a rock next to the feeler, unless you want it to go everywhere.
