Does anyone have problems with MR Site?

I frequently go on and off this website and at random times I get messages such as "database error." This happens on and off and I was wondering if anyone else was experiencing these problems or is it just me?

It was a problem this morning. The admin is working on a server migration that will hopefully be completed very soon.
