Does anyone own a Par meter or Lux meter?

Looking to see How bright my 400w MH are in my tank. I have PFO ballists and some people say they are stronger then other brands. I was melting coral when I first started the tank, and ever since I put a window screen over the tank its been better on the coral.I know I did not acclimate the coral right but want to make sure before I buy more coral that it is still to strong of light.
I might want to buy a meter in the future but looking to borrow or even pay someone a small fee to stop by to check for me. It will answer alot questions for me.
