Micro Bubbles

Out of no where my tank is FILLED with micro bubbles and there driving me crazy any ideas ?

Assuming that your sump etc all stayed unchanged, I would check all of the fittings in the pvc. Even though it does not drip it can act as a type of venturi. Even the smallest amount of air will result in a display full of microbubbles.

Are the bubbles entering sparatic or constant?

Take some teflon tape and wrap around the pvc fittings so its all sealed. Then remove the teflon 1 by 1 until the culprit fitting is found.

Can micro bubbles cause harm to the tank in any way? Or is this just a visual nuisance?
