Wave For Glass Tanks

Hey guys, i want to put a wavebox in my 120g tech series tank. I wanted to know is it good to have a wavebox in an all glass tank?

the waveboxes "supposedly" decreases the life of your tank because of the constant pressure on the silicone. Whether its true or not, I don't know but I put one of my tank and I like it

I was worried initially, but it decreases the life supposedly like a couple of a year or two when the life of the tank is 10 years or more....
Then take a look at the average time a tank is setup before upgrading or just being taken down... I'll most likely upgrade before my tank hits 10 years
