Sharn and I met a few weeks ago to swap another clam for cash - he gave me the cash in an envelope, felt like we were doing the deed.

We were looking at the clam, holding it up to the light etc. Grand Central was packed, people were walking by and saying is that a clam?

Pretty funny - like we were peddling from the Oyster bar or something

omg, i just found this thread. the stories are so funny. here's mine:

i used to keep a cooler in the trunk with a box of latex gloves, fish/coral plastic bags, tupperwares, paper towel, surgical blades, hard coral snipper, disposable icepacks, frag discs, and crazy glue. basically i can frag anything any time just in case, you never know when someone will need some trimming of their LE corals.
my wife also used one to hold portable potty, diapers, baby wipes, and extra clothes in her trunk.
once i forgot the cooler in the loaner after picking up my car at the service dept. my wife went to pick it up after someone called her about a cooler in the trunk. they must have opened to see what was inside. the girls there asked her what they were for and my wife told them "for the kids when they really have to go or when they have accidents".
she still get very strange looks whenever she bring her car in for sevice.:lol2:
