HAITI and MR donations

i just notice the Swap had increase to $25, is the $5 extra used to donate to Haiti, if not maybe we should increase it to $30 to have $5 donation to Haiti on behalf of MR and also extra $5 for every auction. anyway i had made the $25 payment so whatever it is, I can make the difference, if any

maybe we can also ask Paypal not to collect the fees or that they gave back the fees to us and to use it on the donation
