75gal start up help!!!!

I am starting my 75gal mix reef. I am filling up the tank with ro/di water (very slowly). And i am using dead rock, and sand that was once live but now dead. So with that said i would like to re-seed everything. What should i do?

How much dead live lock and if its alot use some and get some live rock to start your cycle going . You can get some from ebay i bought like 50lb of live rock from them and incrusted with coraline all over it. Here is the link

a couple pieces of uncured live rock will get the cycle going.

Use what you have, and get some sand (even as little as cup will do) from someone's established tank. You can also get a small piece of live rock.

just like everyone said get a live cured rock and if u are using a sump and put the piece of live cured rock in the sump.
