clownfish question

would a maroon and a false perc.mate? what do they do when mating?my 2 are doing some funky things every once in a while.

I seriously doubt it.. what more than likely will happen in the Maroon will kill or bite chunks out of the false. I'm in the same situation. I have a 150 gallon and have had a matted pair of false and a mated pair of clarkiis for over 2 years. They never really bothered each other until now..The clarkii's (they are huge) now have taken over all 4 anenome's in my tank. and the clarkii male is nasty. I need to get rid of them would like to sell them as a mated pair if I can catch them and will include a red rose anemone. they both lay eggs but i've had the false longer and I will keep them..
