Phosphate in RO

i just did my first water change since the passing of my mom and had a big cyano outbreak. i checked my phos in the DT and got .02 with the Hanna meter. then i checked my make-up water and got .11, i changed the DI and now my readings are .03. i am making up another batch of fresh water for another water change.
I believed that the readings should be 0 after the DI, now i am not sure if the cooler temps are hampering the RO performance. Can anyone shed some insight on this?

sorry to hear about your Mom.....if you changed the pre and carbon filters as well as the DI and your still not getting a zero reading then it's your membrane..how old is it?...the age will also be effected on how bad the water going in is as well as how many gallons has passed through it.
