hey jarrett,

don't get kentmaxxima...it's a pia to set up. i have it....>20 connections...no quick disconnect joints. >1 hour to set up. >1hour to fix the leak.

the filterguys ro/di is pretty good....easy to set up. took me 3 minutes to set up.

also check out these from bulkreef supply

http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/store/75-gpd-ro-di-5-stage-standard-system.html

also they have a "build your own" option

http://www.bulkreefsupply.com/store...ild-your-own-ro/build-your-own-ro-system.html

a couple of tips

what's your water pressure? you need 65-80 psi or you'll get much less (like half) the rated gpd. or you'll need a booster pump.
go for the "water saver double membrane option" 2x 75 gpd membranes....(normally the ratio of good vs waste water is like 1 to 3). you'll get 150gpd instead of 75gpd for the same amount of water wasted.
75 gpd membrane is better than 100gpd one......98% rejection rate vs. 95%
don't go nuts with the number of stages...the important ones are the membrane and the di stage. you don't need a dual di stage...get the color changing one so you'll get a visual clue of when the di is exhausted. the pre membrane carbon/sediment filters are only there to help protect the membrane from clogging with big contaminants. oh...you'll need a chlorine filter option....assuming you have chlorinated municipal water so your membrane don't get clogged too fast.

good options to have

dual tds meters
pressure guage
membrane flush kit

i've set up a bunch of these....if you need help lmk.

Jarret,

Call Russ at Buckeye Field Supply - MR vendor and easy to work with.

Where you live, you'll need nothing more than a 100gpd 4 stage unit.

Call them and tell them you want the unit with an Auto Shut Off valve installed and you'll be complete for under $200 (with shipping I believe or maybe slightly over.)

Hope that helps.

I started a similiar topic couple of weeks ago and people recommended me spectrapure unit http://www.spectrapure.com/email/customer-appreciation.html#1. I bought [FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]90 Gallons per Day ProPLUS RO/DI System and it was a great investment. System is easy to hook-up and was shipped with all necessary fittings. People say they use only the best filters on the market. The system comes with TDS meter and pressure gauge so for $149 I say it's a winner.

Check out this seller on ebay, I just brought a 100gpd system from him that had everything for a little over $100. He has a lot of different configurations too. Free shipping to boot.

Also unless you're plan on running it into a bucket, to store the water, I suggest getting a 14gal tank, which holds 10gal. You can find them on ebay for about $80-$100 shipped.
