I would like to know, also I know depending on the membrain and ro unit,

how long should a person wait to change out the membrain and also if you have the di chamber first hence the last chanmer and then the membrain. What are the bad affects of this on your water change/top off water quality. :dead1:

example: if your membrane rejection rate is 98%, change it when ppm showing above 2.

that's only true if the input TDS was 100, if the input TDS was different you have to do the math

also if you put th DI before the membrane, it'll remove all the TDS before reaching the membrane, but the resin will be exhausted very fast and cost you more in the long run
