i have about 50 to 100lbs of live sand that i'm giving away to anyone that wants it. you have to pick it up. not exceptions by sunday or it's going to the dump. pm me if interested

jhale got a question that hydrogen sulfate does that turn the sand grey. cause when i broke down my 75 to clean it up for now cause im going to be doing a 75 or a 90 gallon rr tank when i was cleaning up the sand there was grey spots. could that me the hydrogen sulfate.

probley just detertious that acumilated in between and under rocks and got trapped, but was then realesed when things were moved around

sounds right, hydrogen sulfate makes black spots, and you would smell it, like rotten eggs,yum ;)
