My coco worm has been acting really strange lately, It will go a week with out coming out then just pop out for a day. I know its alive cause it comes out once in while, I am wondering if some thing is bothering it?? everything else is doing great wondering if I just got a bum worm....

could be flow issues or not enough food issues. they are filter feeders so they need plenty of appropriately sized food in the water column.
