Discussion Thread for Successful Jellyfish Aquariums:

What is needed for functionality?

What type of filtration system will ensure survival without hazard?

These are just a few of the questions that come to my mind. I've been contemplating one of these tanks for a long time because I've always been very intrigued with the movement of Jellyfish and the amazing illuminating bodies. Please chime in, thanks!

There are a few threads out there on these. I think there's a site (jellyquarium.com) or something like that.

Essentially you have to find a way to get very gentle water movement in a tank with all curves. Think a sphere with nothing but water and jellies. I've heard you have to get the water quality very high, and it can't be too brightly lit.
