essentail element question

Does anyone does essentail elements in there tank or any other stuff like this and if so does it make a diffrence,I really don't dose anything I wanna see if there's anything out there that will get the corals to expand more I have mostly softies zoos and lsp in the tank

Most people will say only dose what you test for which is great advise. I mean if your dosing something that is not being used the concetration is going up and could kill everything in your tank.

All trace elements that are not or can not be tested for will be replenished in part with each water change.

Charlie ....there is no miricle in a bottle....most of these additives just pollute the water...I've read hundreds of these additive threads and atrticles....some will write its great and others it sucks...so IMO save your money...there is no replacing good husbandry.

i dose essential elements, coral vite, coral accell, iodine, strotium. i dont change my water often. i have great results with this.

btw these additives are needed by polyps and zoas.

I have been dosing calcium and trace elements, and using something to raise my ph. I have noticed an increase in coraline, and the tank has been very stable.

I used to dose idine and strontium and I feel like everything did much beter when I did now I don't dose anything

just use oceanic salt for calcium.ive had my b-ionic for 2 years.same bottles for 2 years.my calcium bottle iis half full but my alk is almost gone.my calcium level is high 490 when i dont add alk after water changes

..just a calc reactor, kalk in the topoff water and weekly 10% water changes here...I'll dose alittle strontium, when it's low, I test for it.....I've tried a few of these additives over years all with the same results more unwanted algae even the Brightwell amino acids everyone raved about. I recently started using Special Blend for some cyno control....thats one product I'll endorse...LOL
