Myself, I think any regulation to save ocean reefs is worth it as long as it doesn't affect aquacultued coral.

+1 if they need to go into houses and take those coral to reseed then so be it

I agree; regulation is needed. Aquacultured corals, not imported wild corals, should be the norm. Angry reefers should put aside their greed (which is typical of our species, one that has proven quite distructive) and take into account the suffering the reefs have endured.
