My new BTA

I picked this guy up friday night. Typically I would never buy an anenome at all. It was fully opened in the LFS and has not opened up yet in my tank. It was about 3 inches across opened and has a nice bluish green hue to it. The clowns have not gone near it at all. The only reason I bought it was because it was 15 bucks. They had it in the ricordea section listed as a ricordea.

That's because it was a ric -- or at least a St. Thomas shroom, a close relative. %)

Still, nice find at a good price.

...Also, if you do get a BTA, don't get one that's just three inches fully opened and put it in with clowns; it'd get beaten to death.
