hi i have just registered with manhatten reefs for educational purposes, i have reidi seahorses and been trying to rear the babies, tried once and kept about 4 till about 5 weeks old .
i have found out thats its the quantity of food they require and keeping the ammonia and nitrites at bay, its hard work trying to raise the baby brine and copeopods to feed them with,
i live in England and buying food is expensive so im trying to rear the copeopods and brine in advance before i get any more babies .but its expensive and hard work but im up for the challange.
ive read everything about trying to rear them some people say cull them down so you dont have many to feed so many, but i think the fittest will survive and every baby has a chance of survival. I am going to experiment with my own ideas and see what happens
