Dry Foods: Formula 1, Formula 2, Omega Flakes with Garlic, freezedried cyclopeeze, spectra

Frozen: Mysis, Spirulina Brine, Daphnia, Cyclopeeze

Liquid: ArctiPods, Marinesnow, PhytoFeast

I alternate what I give everyday to give everything in the tank variety. With the frozens I put som tank water in a small glass with the food to defrost and I add a couple of drops of garlic oil and selcon.

I dont know if this counts as food but I dose B-Ionic Calcium, Reef Iodide and Reef Plus(Omega & Amino Acids).

i used reef plankton and lg plankton (san fran bay) marine angel(because it has sponge) mysis, chopped up jumbo mysis, brine, sperlina brine, clopped up krill, clam, squid (all by hikari) shreaded and chopped up green, brown and red seaweed (ocean neutrition) a few drops of garlic extreme (kent), zoe-con groth stimulator (kent) and vita chem (boyd's).

my filter feeders get mixture marine snow, zooplex, oyster eggs, live triggerpods and Dt's live phyto.

i dont use flakes or pellets because i dont see how they could be neutritional. i use to though, i forget the brand. it was a chrome container with soft moist pellets.

I just rely on Formula 1 &2 flake foods most of the time, along with freeze dried cyclopeze and nori for my tang. I give them fresh seafood whenever I eat it...fish, clam, squid, etc...so that gets fed at least once a week, usually more often. During summer I replace the nori with Ulva and Gracillaria that I bring back from Long Island.
