Are you asking if you can use copper in a tank when an anenome lives?
IMO - not a good idea.
If you are dealing with an Ich issue - remove the fish to treat it please.
As for the answer to your copper question - Non-chelated copper precipitates out of the water much faster than Chelated copper does. It has to do with ions and what they bind to)
Chelated copper is more stable when used to do things like killing Ich.
The dosages are very different when treating with chelated vs non-chelated copper. You'd need to use about 10x as much chelated copper as non-chelated to get the proper copper level (if doing this -use a test kit and follow the directions!)
