How do preorder items? The site was charging me shipping.
Your card is not automatically charged when you order online, we call and confirm all orders and you're not charged until the order is shipped or in this case until the swap. Just put a note in the special instructions box at checkout that you want us to bring your order to the swap, you will not be charged a box/packing fee or shipping fee even though it will show in the cart.
Order anything you want online including live rock, new shipment just in of our Southeast Asian rock, and we will bring it to the swap for your pickup there with no box or shipping fees.
