Does anyone have an opinion on clear pvc? Just curious to know if it can be used.

you can use it, but it will build up algae quicker.

clear pvc is very useful, but when used for aquarium use it can clog with algae quicker than regular pvc. Just like vinyl hose.

why would it build up algae quicker? Is it bc light can get through? it looks more pleasing for creating jawfish safe homes.
