I think Kissena aquarium in Flushing has it, I know WWOF used to have them, but too bad they're not around any longer.

theres also an asian fish store on 65th st and 8 ave (bayridge)...i seen those tanks there all the time...i believe its royal aquarium....but if your closer to queens...then try kissena
