What's up with this Purple Tip Anenome

I got this purple tip a few weeks ago, all has been fine until a few days ago when he moved from his spot and hasn't found a new home. All it does is float around with the foot tucked in. Everything looks fine except for the fact he hasn't fastened to anything yet. Should I worry about it dying and messing up the water column ? Thoughts ???

Hes searching for a spot he feels comfortable in most likely if everything else looks good. My RBTA did 2 laps before settling in then moved after over a month and a half the day after the swap. Has stayed since then- if you look throguh my tank thread from the middle on youll see how many different spots my nem has been in lol

Mines foot wasnt sucked in but it did more of a creep along my rocks so I stopped watching- went by the a watched pot never boils attittude and its only exciting watching it move for the first 15 minutes after that I just let it do its thing. Maybe some more experienced with nems will chime in, but I would think that if it was having health issues it would be showing in ways other than what youre seeing?

One thing though if it doesnt make it- get it out right away so it doesnt effect your system.

That's what I was thinking. I guess when it starts to melt away would be a good sign it's not made it ?

Hey Chicken is that its mouth in the pic? Im pretty sure its the foot but wanted to ask

OK another sign is if the mouth starts to droop open really watch him-- you have a qt you can put him in? that way you can keep a real close eye on him and also see whats really goin on and possibly if a problem nurse him back to health. Just a thought

I do but it had been treated with copper a few months worth of water changes ago. Don't think they are a fan of the copper.
