90 gal mixed reef and fish (all softies ,aside from 5 SPS that a have)
coralife MH fixture ,2 x 175w MH reeflux bulb 12k ,,125 uri vho actinics ,
ballasts are from coralife as well

but will see most ppl on the broad use 250 w MH ,

Also all depends on what you are putting in your tank ,All softies ,sps ,or lps ,i think 250w should be fine for you

they seem to be the New bulb in today :knockedou i had the 10 k ,but was tired of the all white ,got the 12k and they are a crisp lightish blue really nice color not to blue and not to white

AB aquaspacelight 72" 3X250HQI and 4 24W PC actinic. Originally used AB 10K bulbs. Now using phoenix 14K.

house got any pics of your new tank with those lights I'm thinking of getting the same pheonix bulbs when I change my 10k's

Mine:

3x250 blue wave HQI ballasts running DE Pheonix 14k bulbs in Reef Optix III pendants.

No actinics - blue enough.

Frag tank is a PFO 250 retrokit with Ab 10k (really runs 13k) in a ghetto'ed out pendant with spider reflector.

Fuge is a 65w bulb from the RC thread
