Tunze 6045 in a 20g?

Should I do it or not? Aside from a return pump (400gph or so) would it be too much flow?

6025 would be better, might be too much flow if not angled right

Kris, have you bought the pump yet or are you thinking about it? I think a 6025 would be a better fit unless you get creative with placement

Had the pump for a long while now. Thought when I set up a new tank it would be bigger than a 20g, but a 20g is what I went with. I'll mess with it this weekend and let you guys know how it goes. I have a feeling its going to be too strong for a mixed reef.

kris, i'm pretty sure the 6045 is going to be a bit much for the 20. sell it and get 2x koralia 2's...they are under $30 new. better yet add a bit more money and get an mp10.....takes up less room, fully adjustable, wave modes, can get battery back up. i think the old model mp10 goes for less than 170.
