Transfering fish to other tank

I was curious in knowing if i just have to temperature acclimate my fish from one tank o the other.. Both are running using same esv salt water.. Never moved my lil fish. Have had them for 5 years.. Want least amount of stress for them.. New tank has leds.. Do fish get affected my different lights as well like corals do?

They don't get affected like corals to new light, but I would move them in to the new tank with the lights out.
As to acclimating them to the new tank it would be best just incase the parameters are not exactly the same.

thanks! i just tested and the levels are the same.. but maybe i should acclimate slow just in case.. i love these lil guys.. there like my family
