Ph control calcium setting?

Hey everyone i just bought a reactor and need to know what should be the high and low adjusted on the controller for it to turn the co2 tank on at what? and off when ph in the reactor chamber reaches what? thank you very much for your help

Its depends on you cal media you have at what ph does it melt. Thats what you set it to.

thanks everyone so if im reading this correct im putting the low to turn on at 6.5 and when it reaches 7.8 it shuts it down is this correct? sorry just being carefull with this

The link I gave above has pretty much everything you need to know. You just have to read it entirely and carefully. For example to answer your question, heres an excerpt

Generally, most people get good results dissolving aragonitic media inside the reactor at pH 6.5 to 6.7, but be aware that some of the harder CaCO3 media, such as those made of calcite, will require an even lower pH to dissolve easily. Dropping the pH too low inside the reactor (in my experience, this is less than 6.5 for aragonite) often leads to the media turning into fine particles that slow the water flow through the reactor.
