I decided to go over to Ocean Gallery instead and all I can say is WOW! Great selection of fish and coral and everything was extremely healthy. Definitely a "must see" store, I just cant believe I waited this long to visit the place. From the frag tanks to the show tank everything looked great and there was no pressure from the sales staff. I ended up leaving with a beautiful Aussie Elegance coral that they just got in today and Brian hooked me up with a MR discount on it. I will be going back this weekend if anyone from SI needs a ride over there.

Your right you did! I should have listened to you sooner . But I'm glad I finally went :splitspin. I will be going back Sunday and I think they may be my new LFS, I was VERY impressed.

Make sure you check out red sand too its around the corner within 10 min of ocean gallery and aquatic obsessions is within 20 min of those place and they have a great selection at AWESOME prices

Yea Red Sand is a must, sometimes Feng has toms of good stuff sometimes not. But his prices are the best. And Brian is a great guy at OCII.

I'll have to stop in. I actually know Feng pretty well, we used to bring in corals together when I had my store to cut cost on shipping but I've never been to his shop.

red sand is a must for the prices and feng is a great guy but you also have pet shanty before ocean gallery next to the bow craft charlie is one the most knowledgeable people in the hobby its not big but his fish are probably the best quality and reasonable prices

I think I have been all over NJ looking for good quality fish and deals. Pet Shanty has a very small Marine section but everything is clean and reasonable. Aquatic Obessions I like as well (being I live in Woodbridge) and go there on a weekly basis and they are always clean and helpful. OGII has just about anything you are looking for from Coral to fish.. and well RedSand I went for the first time last week and he didnt have much selection of fish but his coral was priced well and his Display tank I AMAZING! ..

Pet shanty I don't care for, High prices on corals and no selection. They did have a golden pygmy there when I did stop by, first time I saw one in real life.

Will offers a discount for NJReefers members, not MR. BTW, another place I like a lot is Reef Encounter in Hackensack. Weird parking but great prices and selection.

all good places. I always frequent Aquatic obsessions and OG.
Red sand has good corals and pricing also, but you have to catch him on a good week otherwise the selection is small. his rices are amazing.
