Tunze nano skimmer

I can't find the sweet spot on a tunze nano skimmer I bought yesterday from another member. I'll think it looks good then when I check on it 15 min later the cup is filled with clear water
Anyone know how to set this skimmer so it does what it's supposed to do

That's the thing,start at the tightest the screw will go and slowly loosen it til you see the dark stuff

I'll give it a shot how far down into the acutal skimmer should the water line be when the cups not working

Agree. That's the thing with tunze skimmer- once you find that sweet point, it's gonna perform well, but if the water leve even slightly increase/decrease you're gonna get pissed
