So i really wanna upgrade my tank not right now but down the line so ive been looking for nice set ups and came across a video of the new all in one tank by red sea it looks awsome
its called the red sea 500
anyone have any information on this tank like how much it will cost and when and where can u buy it

red sea 500? is it one of the MAX series? because there is only 3 tanks made by red sea that are complete tanks. the 130, 130D, and the 250. there are several members on here that have then as well.... amazing tanks...

Since you saw it on You Tube, wouldn't it be easier if YOU Googled it and posted the link?

As mentioned, a reactor turns up when Googling what info you provided, so the info you are looking for in regard to a 500g Red Sea Max tank...probably doesn't exist.

It's not 500 gal it's call ed the red sea 500 it's 100 gal around I don't know how to post a link but if u look around a bit u will find what I'm talking about

its around 135 gallons i believe. It will have full filtration and lighting. It will also have starphire glass, a sump, C-Skim skimmer, 10 x linear T5 lighting and a chiller.

Total water turnover is said to be 12,000lph, with lighting split into 5 x 54 watt 10,000K and 5 x 54 watt actinic tubes.

The sump splits into three areas and a 300 watt heater is supplied.

My guess is maybe $3,000-$4,000

The redsea 250 is $1600 so the 500 has to be about $4000 or $4500

This is really cool but couldn't you put something together for less through the wholesalers in here?

I really lile the thank but think it can be done for much less.
