naso with ick

i just got a naso tang and he is full of ick he was like this out the box i need to set up a qt tank what is the best way to do this the fish is in a bucket didnt want to keep him in the bag beings he was shipped last night.... i have a 20 long i can use but what is also the best way to treat him

what i wold do in you situation get a bucket start a drip from your display tank to the bucket put a heater in it and a bubbler /filter and treat the bucket with copper and keep your fingers x
