Hello ALL-

Im setting up a JBJ nano Delux 12 gallon Reef. Just wanted to know how much live sand i should put in. I curently have a new 10 pound bag of aragonite sand, as well as about 2 pounds of reef sand. is that enough>? Lemme know.,

i've kept a jbj nanocube 12dx for over a year and i've only got 10 lbs of sand in it. you'll be fine. good luck!

i forgot, just make sure you have things that will sift through your sand like nass snails or other members of a clean up crew

i think 1lb of sand per gal is pretty standard for a non-DSB. As long as you have some sand sifting things in your tanks you shouldn't have a problem.
