i would wait a month more as is it probably not a good idea until uve got everything under control. that doesnt happen in a month. if u want another tang, it has to be a completely different body shape then the sail fin to reduce aggression (no yellow tang). be aware that tangs grow...and if u dont plan on going bigger tank wise its probably better u stick with just one....they also poop a lot.

and good addition is a decorated goby doesn't hide, u dont see these too often in the lfs, but they are great u get the best of both worlds when it comes to gobys. its a "light" sand sifter, so it will not starve case it readily accepts prepared food but ur sand will always be clean, er un less u got cyno. and clown fish, i have 2 Ocellaris (one with stripes one with out :)), a pair of them are fun to watch, especially when u have an anemone(that shouldnt come till mush later tho.....much later. i jump the gun and thank god mine is still alive). surf liveaquara for ideas, the have little bios on most fish so u can kinda get an idea on how they behave and what attention they need, it also states the skill level required for the care of that fish.

hope this helps.

yea keep it on, the tank is probably almost done "fully" cycling, but, since u have fish in there u want to make it as less stressful as possible for them, and skimming will help the water quality. have u done any water changes?

toping off only helps stabilize the salinity, ur only replenishing evaporated water. if ur using RO "pure H2O" necessary elements are not getting replaced. (never use tap! ever. i did once and "no bueno" had the craziest algae bloom and my water comes from well, city water would be far worse!) id say do a 20g water change. a lot, i know but keep in mind the tank is still straightening its self out. id do that again in 3 weeks, and then after that do 10% every two weeks. this will keep ur trace elements and etc. up. how mush LR do u have?

good thats a perfect amount! yea just make sure u take it slow, and do plenty of research before u buy fish, know its common diseases, pet peeves lol, and of course feeding requirements (how often as well). also keep in mind the aggression of a type of fish, if there put in too early then they will bully everyone else that fallows (with tang this is hard to avoid cause thats how they are) for instance ive really wanted dwarf angels but they are Very aggressive so ive waited till i added every one else first and now i can get one...and i just did. hope all this helps, patience is the key....
