Acan not opening up

i had had these acans since the last swap--they have been doing good.. for the past two days they are not open.. not sure if this is normal to not open up for a few days like leathers do.. all other corals are fine.. my levels are:
temp- 80.5
calcium- 420
alk- 7.2
ph 8.0

have you added any new cleanup crew ? Sometimes snails and hermits will bother corals stressing them out and making them not open

photo? whats ya salinity at, what do you mean by not opening (are they not puffing).
Do you have them next to any other acan whats there position i your tank?

if you cant figure out whats wrong it, doing a partial water change and soak the acan in iodine for 5-10 mins may help, and if it does puff up again, feed it. keep it away from sand, stong light, strong flow.

thanks for the replies--by not opening up i mean not puffed.. he has been in the same spot since i have got him.. no new clean up crew--same crew in tank.. salinty is at 1025..
i will try to feed him tonight.. im worried because i am leaving out the country tomorrow morning for a week--im woried that if he does die it will foul my tank? any thoughts? i did my water change this afternoon.. hopefully he gets better
