I'm looking at starting up the upgrade this weekend and will need about 30-35 maybe 40 gallons of mixed salt water. I dont' wanna ro/di it or it iwll take forever.

Should I buy RO/DI water at 1.19 a gallon, mix it myself, or just buy the pre-mixed 5 gallon jugs?

Or soembody give me their damn water after a waterchange lol.

Quick question for you...It's only Wednesday, even if you only have a 25 gpd RO/DI system, you'd still have enough time to make enough RO/DI water by tomorrow night. Why not utilize the system you've got? I'm guessing that you have an RO/DI system, but from the tone of your post it sounds like you've got one.

why don't you buy a 30 or 40 gallon brute container with wheels it will make your job a lot easier that way you don't have to be worrying about overfilling the 5gallon buckets and you could use it in the future for water changes
