I have a 65g reef its about 5-6 years old. In it are a pair of Photon Clowns, a jerk of a royal gramma and a breeding pair of Bangi cardinals I have had for 4 years or so.
I have been trying to get a Magnifica for the tank, but after about a year I just havent found 1. However the other day I came across a small blue Gigantea in exellent shape. I decided to bring it home and try. thinking more room on the high rocks for acro's
of coarse..
So I put the nem in a corner of the tank that is not ever used by the bangi pair. One week later the female clown has finaly found the Nem and is rolling around in it. Im happy the Clown is happy, and the Nem seems happier too.
Mr Bangi is Jealous though.. and he seems to be hovering closer and closer to the nem. Im scared for him. I dont know what to do.
I have experience with haddoni, but I have not seen a Gigantea take a fish. is its sting as leathal a Haddoni? do I need to seperate and decide wich to keep right away?
