Do i have to wait for the whole cal and alk gallons to finish before i dose the mag? Like the instructions on their website say?

Test your water and add each slowly as your levels raise to the proper levels.

So i can go ahead and add the mag from now?

Only if your tests say you are low on mg, don't follow the directions. Test your water and add what you need slowly until your test readings show things are good and at the proper level.
