Getting rid of Mushrooms

I have a bunch of red, green and watermelon mushrooms popping up in my tank. I have been trying to cut them out, but they still come back. I removed the mother colonies hoping to slow it down. Is there anything reef safe I could use to kill them?

Why would you want to kill them?

You might as well sell them, or give them away...

I'm sure there are a TON of people that would take them off your hands.

Just try and scrape 'em off a rock....

Ocean acidification has already been proven true... and coral is an organism which might not exist in the future. Why accelerate the process?

Yeah, I understand about not wanting to kill them. Its just that they are stinging everything. I tried scrapping them off and they still come back. I lost two Australian favia colonies in the past month

The problem with shrooms is that most people want the rocks they're on, but don't want the shrooms, or the shrooms are on rocks which are supporting a lot of other rocks (since they're usually on the sandbed) so people generally want to kill them instead but keep everything else in tact. Fragging the shrooms on rocks supporting other rocks generally requires you to take down all the corals on top of the rocks which can be a big hassel.
Unfortunately, I found very little things which can kill shrooms effectively. My acan enchinata seems to be an only exception, but if there is a desired coral nearby, it will kill that too.

I will try and frag off as many as I can and give then to who ever wants them. The thing is, some of them are on figi rock. They tend to close up and back into the rock when I start to cut them.
