How much watter flow need to run 150 gl tank

I have 780 gl p/h and 581 gl 2 pump is this ok iam thinking to replace my 581 pump with 780gal queitone any advise

What are you planing on keeping in this tank?

i use 2 mag 9.5s on my tank and 4 power heads (karalia 1, 3, 4x2) on top of that. im guessing total flow is about 4500 gph lol
