Can Anyone tell me what this is?

Its growing in the middle of my sump. Its the little white stem in the middle of the miracle mud and looks like a little paly coming out of it to catch something. I really hope its not aiptasia:letitallo:letitallo:letitallo

Nope... not bad at all... it's a filter feeder. They sometimes multiply in lower light and look really cool in big clusters, but won't harm a thing.

nope not bad at all , it is a filter feeding worm that will assist in keeping your water clean. once you have 1 you will eventually have many more.
