Strarting from scratch

i am starting my 75 gal tank back up again (after neglecting it for too many issues to list). I wanna start back from scratch. As far as sand goes, i dont wanna use my old sand, has anyone ever tried the live sand on ebay? And if not does anyone know where i can find sand for cheap? It doesnt have to be live, I'm sure someone here could give me a cup of theirs to seed mine :grouphug:

i neglected my tank is english for "went thru terrible breakup"
