Help with Frag tank

I have a 20L with a 4x 39W T5 light, Aqua Remora Skimmer, ehiem 2213 with LR rubble and Chemipure, Korallia 2 and 302 powerhead.

Problem Algae - constantly cleaning

barebottom nothing else in tank

Lighting 8 hours a day

what is wrong?

Is this plumbed with your main tank ?

Can you take some pictures of the setup to give us a visual of what your working with?

Are you dosing anything?

Are you feeding the tank?

Shorten your light schedule to start. You can even shut the lights down for a day or two.

Probably just new tank problems.

Rich,Could be the LR rubble you're using causing dirt build up so the nitrates might go up and the chemipure might leech after a while.
